Red Bull

Bespoke indoor events are some of the most creatively rewarding.  This project was exactly that from the outset. We were invited to enter a 3 way unpaid pitch for the design and build of a Red Bull Stand at the Bar Show at Earls Court. Unpaid pitches can prove hazardous with little control . In essence you are handing over your most precious commodity – Ideas – for free. However we felt confident enough that this was a simple deal and worked on our proposal. The stand was to launch the new Red Bull coke product and there were clear instructions from the client that there needed to be a bar and chill areas for people to sit and enjoy their new Coke product.

The process as always began with an initial concept supported by sketches. The idea was simple. A stand – opening up to reveal the bar and seating area. It was important to make a strong visual impact with the Red Bull graphics – really hit people in the eye with logo. The graphic nature of the inflates are ideal for this. By using light weight inflatables we are able to produce very large structures that can be lifted easily. This is especially important in a space like Earl's Court.

The inflate solution offers the ability to transport easily, install completely with rigging  in just a few hours. Further more there is no waste or consumable elements used in any of these designs. The structure can be taken down stored in a small crate and re used after the event time and time again. Once we had the sketches we produced some simple clear 3D computer visuals to demonstrate the design idea and presented them to the client. We won the project to proceed and were commissioned to design build and install the trade stand.

All our design and presentations are made to a real scale and as such we are able to translate straight from these to production. We have our own dedicated production facility to produce structures in the Far East and UK. This project also benefited in part by using hired goods to minimise the bespoke work..
